At Udgam Foundation, our vision is to make quality healthcare accessible to every individual, especially in underprivileged communities. On 21st December 2024, we took another meaningful step in this direction by organizing a ‘Free Health Check-Up Camp’ at Jaga Harijan LP School, in collaboration with Apollo Excelcare Hospital.
The camp witnessed an overwhelming turnout of 142 individuals, who availed themselves of essential health services. From senior citizens to young adults, every participant left with valuable health insights and a sense of reassurance about their well-being.
The services provided during the camp aimed to address basic healthcare needs while also promoting awareness about preventive care. These included:
• Blood Pressure Monitoring
• Blood Sugar Testing
• ECG (Electrocardiogram)
• Height and Weight Measurements
• Dietitian Consultations
• Physician Consultations
This event was more than just a health camp—it was a step toward empowering the local people with the tools and knowledge they need to prioritize their health. The enthusiastic participation reaffirmed our belief that initiatives like these are crucial in bridging the gap between public and quality healthcare.
