Udgam Uttaran
Under the banner of Udgam Uttaran, Udgam Foundation proudly organized yet another impactful training session dedicated to uplifting the women of our community. Held on the 14th of February, this one-day training focused on the art of incense stick preparation — an initiative aimed at fostering skill development and self-reliance among women.
The training session saw an overwhelming response, with more than 40 women from diverse age groups, including young girls and elderly participants, joining in with enthusiasm and dedication. Throughout the day, participants learned the intricate process of incense stick preparation, gaining both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
At the end of the session, each participant was awarded a certificate of participation, a token of appreciation recognizing their commitment and effort. This gesture not only celebrated their hard work but also motivated them to take confident strides toward financial independence and self-empowerment.
