Udgam Foundation, in collaboration with Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya, successfully organized a Free Eye-Checkup Camp at Harijan Colony, opposite Nehru Stadium, Guwahati. The event was a success, with significant support from both the local community and the organizing partners.
The primary goal of the camp was to provide accessible eye care services to the underserved sections of the society. A team of expert ophthalmologists and medical professionals from Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya offered free consultations, eye examinations, and advice on eye health. The camp aimed to raise awareness about the importance of regular eye check-ups to prevent and treat vision-related issues early.
